EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE<\/div>\n
DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE NOGOYA<\/div>\n
SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE<\/div>\n
 <\/font><\/b><\/div>\n
ORDENANZA<\/font><\/b><\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
Artículo 1º.-<\/strong><\/span> Apruébase en todos sus términos el Convenio Marco para llevar adelante la AMPLIACIÓN DE REDES DE GAS NATURAL de nuestra ciudad suscripto entre la Provincia de Entre Ríos, representada por el Sr. Gobernador Dn. Sergio Daniel Urribarri y el Sr. Secretario de Energía de la Provincia de la Provincia, Ing. Raúl Eduardo Arroyo y el Presidente Municipal de Nogoyá, Dr. Faustino Alfredo Schiavoni, de fecha 16 de Marzo de 2.010, que como Anexo I forma parte de la presente.<\/span><\/div>\n
Artículo 2º.-<\/strong><\/span> Facultase al Sr. Presidente Municipal, a suscribir los convenios complementarios necesarios para ser operativo el convenio que se aprueba en el artículo anterior.-<\/span><\/div>\n
Artículo 3º.-<\/strong><\/span> Comuníquese, publíquese, y previa copia en estado archívese.-<\/span><\/div>\n
