Ordenanza N&ordm;861\/10<\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\">EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\">DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE NOGOYA<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\">SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><b><font size=\"3\">&nbsp;<\/font><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><b><font size=\"3\">ORDENANZA<\/font><\/b><\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><b><u>Art&iacute;culo 1&ordm;.-<\/u><\/b> Autor&iacute;zase al Departamento Ejecutivo a modificar el C&aacute;lculo de Recursos correspondiente al presupuesto aprobado para el Ejercicio 2.010, incrementando la Partida Principal Financiamiento en la suma de Pesos ochocientos veintisiete mil cuatrocientos ($827.400,00), lo que se detalla en el Anexo I que forma parte integrante de la presente.<\/div>\n<div><b><u>Art&iacute;culo 2&ordm;.-<\/u><\/b> Autor&iacute;zase al Departamento Ejecutivo a modificar el Presupuesto de Gastos para el Ejercicio 2.010 increment&aacute;ndose en la suma de pesos ochocientos veintisiete mil cuatrocientos ($827.400,00) correspondiente a la partida Erogaciones de Capital, Sub Partida Trabajos P&uacute;blicos, lo que se detalla en los cuadros del Anexo II que forma parte de la presente Ordenanza.<\/div>\n<div><b><u>Art&iacute;culo 3&ordm;.-<\/u><\/b> Autor&iacute;zase al Departamento Ejecutivo a realizar las imputaciones y ajustes contables correspondientes, que resulten necesarios instrumentar como consecuencia de la presente modificaci&oacute;n.<\/div>\n<div><b><u>Art&iacute;culo 4&ordm;.-<\/u><\/b> Comun&iacute;quese, publ&iacute;quese, reg&iacute;strese y arch&iacute;vese.<\/div>\n<div><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
