VISTO<\/strong>: Acta de Audiencia de Mediaci\u00f3n, con acuerdo celebrado en fecha 29\/07\/2022, entre \u201cAsociaci\u00f3n Civil Bomberos Voluntarios de Nogoy\u00e1\u201d y la \u201cMunicipalidad de Nogoy\u00e1\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>: Que, en la misma se arriba a un\nacuerdo entre la Requirente ASOCIACI\u00d3N CIVIL BOMBEROS VOLUNTARIOS DE NOGOYA, CUIT: 30-68105972-1,con domicilio en Av. Italia s\/n\u00ba (esquina calle Marconi) de Nogoy\u00e1,\nrepresentada por el Se\u00f1or Juan Pablo P\u00e1ez, D.N.I. 24.744.130, con el patrocinio\nletrado del Dr. Augusto Diego Lafferriere y la Requerida MUNICIPALIDAD DE\nNOGOYA, CUIT: 30-99900575-2, con domicilio en Caseros 965\nde Nogoy\u00e1, representada por el Se\u00f1or Presidente Municipal, Dr. Rafael Cavagna,\ny su apoderado, Dr. Juan Carlos Ochoteco, en virtud del reclamo formulado en los autos caratulados \u00abASOCIACION CIVIL\nBOMBEROS VOLUNTARIOS DE NOGOY\u00c1 C\/ MUNICIPALIDAD DE NOGOYA S\/ DESALOJO (DA\u00d1OS Y\nPERJUICIOS POR INCUMPLIMIENTO CONTRACTUAL)\u00bb, Expte.
