Ordenanza\nN\u00ba1.336<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

VISTO<\/strong>: El Acta de Audiencia de Mediaci\u00f3n a\nDistancia, con acuerdo celebrado en fecha 21\/03\/2022 ante el mediador Dr.\nGonzalo Antonio Buiatti; y,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong> Que en la misma\nse arriba a un Acuerdo, sin reconocer hechos ni derechos, entre la Requirente\nFanny Noem\u00ed Segura, patrocinada por el Dr. Juan Hip\u00f3lito Allende y la Requerida\nMunicipalidad de Nogoy\u00e1, representada por el Dr. Juan Carlos Ochoteco, en\nvirtud del siniestro que manifiesta la Requirente ocurri\u00f3 en fecha 13\/01\/2021\nen calle 3 de Febrero N\u00ba1156 de esta ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Que, el art\u00edculo 108\u00ba, inc. k) de la\nLey 10.027, establece \u201ck) No transar en pleitos pendientes, sin previa\nautorizaci\u00f3n del Concejo.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por ello<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EL CONCEJO\nDELIBERANTE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DEL MUNICIPIO DE\nNOGOYA<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SANCIONA CON\nFUERZA DE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ORDENANZA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art\u00edculo 1\u00ba.-<\/strong> Aprobar\nen todos sus t\u00e9rminos el Acuerdo Transaccional celebrado entre la Requirente\nSra. Fanny Noem\u00ed Segura, DNI N\u00ba13.143.948, y la Municipalidad de Nogoy\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
