<\/span><\/div>\n<p align=\"center\">EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE NOGOYA<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div align=\"center\"><b>ORDENANZA<\/b><\/div>\n<div align=\"center\"><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/div>\n<p><b><u>Art&iacute;culo 1&ordm;.-<\/u><\/b> Autor&iacute;zase al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a modificar el Presupuesto de Gastos para el a&ntilde;o 2.007, disminuyendo la partida principal Erogaciones Corrientes por la suma de Pesos cuarenta y tres mil trescientos veinticinco con 31\/100 ($43.325,31), e incrementando las partidas principales Erogaciones de Capital por Pesos diez mil trescientos setenta y seis con 70\/100 ($10.376,70) y Amortizaci&oacute;n de la Deuda por pesos treinta y dos mil novecientos cuarenta y ocho con 61\/100 (32.948,61, lo cual se detalla en planillas anexas que forman parte de la presente.<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Art&iacute;culo 2&ordm;.-<\/u><\/b> Autor&iacute;zase al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a realizar las adecuaciones contables correspondientes, como consecuencia de las modificaciones en el art&iacute;culo precedente.<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Art&iacute;culo 3&ordm;.-<\/u><\/b> Los efectos de la presente Ordenanza son retroactivos al 28 de diciembre del a&ntilde;o 2.007, debiendo el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal dejar sin efecto el Decreto N&ordm;43 sancionado en la misma fecha.<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Art&iacute;culo 4&ordm;.-<\/u><\/b> Comun&iacute;quese, reg&iacute;strese, publ&iacute;quese y arch&iacute;vese.-<\/p>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
