Ordenanza N&ordm;867<\/span><\/font><\/b><\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none\"><strong>VISTO<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none\">: El art. 42 inc. 6-b- de la Ordenanza N&ordm; 304; y<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none\">: Que resulta necesario adecuar la norma a las necesidades de contribuyentes que tengan emplazadas propiedades destinadas a viviendas y\/o comercios que carezcan de entrada vehicular y cuya apertura sea imprescindible para el fin del inmueble;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Que la modificaci&oacute;n no hace m&aacute;s que ajustarse a los tiempos y necesidades actuales, debiendo hacerse cargo los interesados de los costos que las modificaciones originen, debiendo ellas ser acorde con el dise&ntilde;o arquitect&oacute;nico del Paseo Peatonal Calle San Mart&iacute;n, quedando a criterio del Departamento Ejecutivo su autorizaci&oacute;n, previo informe de la Secretar&iacute;a de Obras y Servicios P&uacute;blicos;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none\"><strong>Por ello:<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal; text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none\">EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal; text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none\">DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE NOGOYA<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal; text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none\">SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal; text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal; text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none\"><strong>ORDENANZA<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Art&iacute;culo 1&ordm;.-<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none\"> Modif&iacute;case el art&iacute;culo 42 inc. 6-b- de la Ordenanza N&ordm; 304, el que quedar&aacute; redactado de la siguiente manera: &ldquo;6-b- aquellos cuyos propietarios justifiquen debidamente su uso y no altere el dise&ntilde;o arquitect&oacute;nico del Paseo Peatonal Calle San Mart&iacute;n, quedando a criterio del Departamento Ejecutivo su autorizaci&oacute;n, previo informe de la Secretar&iacute;a de Obras y Servicios P&uacute;blicos, siendo todos los gastos que originen las modificaciones autorizadas por cuenta y cargo del propietario del inmueble.-<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Art&iacute;culo 2&ordm;.-<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;
