Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\">Que, mediante la citada norma legal se autoriz&oacute; al Departamento Ejecutivo a efectuar un loteo sobre el inmueble inscripto a Matricula N&ordm;110.220 Secci&oacute;n Dominio Urbano, Departamento Nogoy&aacute;, Partida Inmobiliaria N&deg;115.081, ubicado en calle Republica del L&iacute;bano, P&uacute;blica, Alfredo Palacios y a 100,99 mts de Ruta 26.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;text-indent:35.4pt\" class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\">Que la autorizaci&oacute;n del loteo comprend&iacute;a tambi&eacute;n la facultad de vender los lotes a favor de los beneficiarios sorteados para la L&iacute;nea &ldquo;Compra de Terreno y Construcci&oacute;n&rdquo; y &ldquo;Construcci&oacute;n&rdquo; del Programa Nacional PRO.CRE.AR., incluidos en el Registro que al efecto deber&aacute; confeccionar el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, con el tope de treinta y dos (32) beneficiarios. El Registro se mantendr&aacute; abierto por diez d&iacute;as corridos desde su apertura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;text-indent:35.4pt\" class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\">Que en el referido Registro realizaron su inscripci&oacute;n 36 aspirantes originalmente durante el plazo de apertura que estableci&oacute; la Ordenanza citada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;text-indent:35.4pt\" class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\">Que fue realizado el sorteo estableci&eacute;ndose un orden de aspirantes resultando 32 titulares y 4 suplentes, que por motivos de renuncias de los titulares y algunos suplentes, hubo posteriormente un corrimiento teniendo la posibilidad de acceder al terreno los 36 inscriptos originales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;text-indent:35.4pt\" class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\">Que habiendo pasado un tiempo prudencial desde la realizaci&oacute;n del sorteo, se verifica que han presentado carpeta en la entidad crediticia, accediendo al cr&eacute;dito y escriturado el terreno 26 beneficiarios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;text-indent:35.4pt\" class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\">Que los 6 beneficiarios del sorteo restantes inscriptos en el Registro no han presentado a la fecha del presente carpeta en la entidad crediticia y han sido notificados a trav&eacute;s del D. Ejecutivo a los fines de conocer los motivos y que se cumplimente con lo previsto en el art&iacute;culo 8&ordm; de la Ordenanza N&ordm;1030.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;text-indent:35.4pt\" class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\">Que se ha dado un tiempo m&aacute;s que prudencial para cumplimentar los inicios de la solicitud de cr&eacute;ditos en la entidad bancaria, y que desde la sanci&oacute;n de la Ordenanza N&ordm;1030 ha habido otros sorteos de posibles beneficiarios de cr&eacute;ditos, muchos de los cuales se encontrar&iacute;an en similares condiciones de los vecinos de nuestra comunidad que se priorizo atender con la sanci&oacute;n de la norma legal citada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;text-indent:35.4pt\" class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\">Que se entiende desde el D.
