personas que no re&uacute;nan las condiciones de ingresos para acceder a otros programas de viviendas, a trav&eacute;s de la asistencia crediticia brindada por el Estado Municipal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\" class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:\nnormal\"><u><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New programa todas aquellas personas que demuestren la necesidad de construir, ampliar o refaccionar su vivienda &uacute;nica y que cumpla con las exigencias establecidas por la autoridad
