econ&oacute;mico de la regi&oacute;n, el desarrollo de emprendimientos y la generaci&oacute;n de mano de obra que permitan mejorar la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos e incrementen la pujanza de El mismo tendr&aacute; como fin promover la radicaci&oacute;n de actividades industriales en el &aacute;mbito del PARQUE INDUSTRIAL DE NOGOY&Aacute; (PIN).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\" class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;\nfont-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\">Dicho r&eacute;gimen se compone de la presente Ordenanza,<span style=\"color:red\"> <\/span>las que se dicten en adelante vinculadas a la presente, y los Decretos Reglamentarios que al efecto dicte el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal.-<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\" class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:\nnormal\"><u><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\">Art&iacute;culo 2&deg;.-<\/span><\/u><\/b><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\"> La Promoci&oacute;n Industrial se realizar&aacute; mediante la adopci&oacute;n de medidas que fomenten la competitividad del territorio local, incentiven la radicaci&oacute;n de nuevos emprendimientos econ&oacute;micos &ndash; productivos o la relocalizaci&oacute;n de los existentes dentro de la planta urbana, con destino al Parque Industrial de Nogoy&aacute;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\" class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:\nnormal\"><u><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\">Art&iacute;culo 3&deg;.-<\/span><\/u><\/b><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\"> Establ&eacute;cese como PARQUE INDUSTRIAL DE NOGOY&Aacute; el &aacute;rea compuesta por las siguientes fracciones de terreno de propiedad municipal:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\" class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;\nfont-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\">El que seg&uacute;n el plano N&deg;34.086 se ubica en la provincia de Entre R&iacute;os, Departamento Nogoy&aacute;, Municipio de Nogoy&aacute;, Ejido de Nogoy&aacute;, Zona de Chacras, domicilio parcelario: Ruta Nacional N&deg;12 S\/N&deg;, reconoce una superficie de CINCUENTA Y SEIS HECTAREAS CERO AREAS CERO CENTIAREAS, dentro de los siguientes l&iacute;mites linderos: <u>NORTE<\/u>: recta 1-2 Sur 79&deg; 23&acute; Este de 626,65 metros, recta 2-3 Sur 80&deg; 41&acute; Este de 274,55 metros, recta 3-4 Sur 82&deg; 38&acute; Este de 79,70 metros que linda con Ruta Nacional N&deg; 12 y recta 4-A&deg; Sur 79&deg; 23&acute; Este de 411,65 metros, que linda con Eddie Primo.- <u>SURESTE<\/u>: arroyo &ldquo;CHA&Ntilde;AR&rdquo;, recta (A&deg;-12) Norte 45&deg; 26&acute; Oeste de 285,85 metros que linda con S.A. La Sibila y recta 12-13 Sur 44&deg; 34&acute; Oeste de 475,30 metros, que linda con S.A. car&aacute;cter de recursos afectados y estar&aacute; integrado por las partidas de Rentas Generales del Municipio que anualmente se afecten a tal fin mediante la ordenanza presupuestaria correspondiente y de aportes de las empresas que componen el Parque Industrial de Nogoy&aacute; y de personas f&iacute;sicas o jur&iacute;dicas a trav&eacute;s de donaciones. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\" class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;\nfont-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\">e.- Un (1) representante del Centro Comercial, Industrial y de Servicios de Nogoy&aacute;;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\" class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;\nfont-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\">f.- Dos (2) representantes de la Municipalidad de Nogoy&aacute;, con incumbencia en la tem&aacute;tica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\" class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;\nfont-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\">g.- Un (1) representante de las Empresas radicadas en el PIN, una vez alcanzado el porcentaje de radicaci&oacute;n de empresas establecido en la Ley Provincial de Parque Industriales consistente en un cincuenta por ciento (50%) de las parcelas industriales, y siempre que en el sesenta y seis por ciento (66%) de las mismas, se hayan realizado inversiones equivalentes al cincuenta por ciento (50%) de las previstas para cada una de ellas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\" class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;\nfont-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\">En caso de empate en una decisi&oacute;n de la Comisi&oacute;n Asesora, desempatar&aacute;
