Bicentenario para la vivienda &uacute;nica (PRO.CRE.AR. Las escrituras traslativas de dominio ser&aacute;n autorizadas por el Escribano que designe el Banco Hipotecario conforme a su reglamentaci&oacute;n interna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\" class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:\nnormal\"><u><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\">Art&iacute;culo 7&deg;.-<\/span><\/u><\/b><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\"> Los fondos obtenidos de la venta de los lotes ser&aacute;n depositados en un cuenta especial del Municipio de Nogoy&aacute;, y destinados, en primer lugar, a la realizaci&oacute;n de las obras de infraestructuras necesarias para dotar a dicho loteo de cloaca, agua y alumbrado, en tanto que el remanente se destinar&aacute; para la compra de un nuevo inmueble o varios inmuebles urbanos con el objeto de cumplir con lo establecido en la Ordenanza de Banco de Tierras Municipal N&deg;989, e incrementar los inmuebles del Estado Municipal para urbanizaci&oacute;n, realizaci&oacute;n de complejos habitacionales, barrios, y destino a vivienda de personas carente de las mismas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\" class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:\nnormal\"><u><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\">Art&iacute;culo 8&deg;.-<\/span><\/u><\/b><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\"> En el supuesto de no otorgarse el cr&eacute;dito para la adquisici&oacute;n del lote y construcci&oacute;n de vivienda por el Banco Hipotecario a alguna de las personas beneficiarias incluidas en el listado citado en el art&iacute;culo segundo, las mismas deber&aacute;n comunicar fehacientemente al Municipio en un plazo no mayor a cinco d&iacute;as h&aacute;biles de notificarse el no otorgamiento del cr&eacute;dito con el fin de dejar sin efecto el contrato suscripto.
