Olivera, Sergio Piray y N&eacute;stor Fabi&aacute;n L&oacute;pez; solicitando escrituraci&oacute;n de inmuebles titularidad de la Municipalidad; y,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" informe respecto inmuebles ubicados en manzanas: 423 &#8211; A, 424 &#8211; A, 424 &#8211; B y 425, los cuales son titularidad de la Municipalidad de Nogoy&aacute;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p realiz&oacute; un relevamiento de las viviendas que existen en Barrio San Mart&iacute;n, sobre terrenos de propiedad municipal y de las personas que los habitan, espec&iacute;ficamente de las manzanas 423, 424 y 425, con la finalidad de realizar un saneamiento y regularizaci&oacute;n nominal del mismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;;&#xA;mso-ansi-language:ES-VE\" lang=\"ES-VE\"><span lang=\"ES\">Que respecto a los gastos de escrituraci&oacute;n, este D.E. considera que deben ser a cargo del adjudicatario, dejando a salvo el criterio del C.D<\/span><span antecedente, la cual se ha creado para autorizar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a ceder terrenos de propiedad municipal, obtenidos conforme sentencia de fecha 17 de noviembre de 2000 (tramitaci&oacute;n Ley Provincial N&ordm;7.017), donde se plasma que ser&aacute;n alcanzados aquellos beneficiaros que surjan de la subdivisi&oacute;n de propiedades en el marco del PRO.ME.BA (Programa de Mejoramiento de Barrios), llevado a cabo conforme Licitaci&oacute;n P&uacute;blica Nacional N&ordm;02\/03.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"
