y funcionamiento de establecimientos productivos, en la jurisdicci&oacute;n de Nogoy&aacute;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph\"><span este sentido, las indicaciones aqu&iacute; descriptas tienden a fortalecer la capacidad de control y gesti&oacute;n del sector p&uacute;blico en materia ambiental, con especial &eacute;nfasis en el rol que, en este asunto, le compete al Municipio, quien, conforme al art&iacute;culo 34 del Decreto N&deg; 5837 est&aacute; facultado para emitir informe preliminar de sus autoridades donde conste que el proyecto se ajusta a las disposiciones locales sobre uso del espacio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph\"><span este modo, se pretende realizar un aporte sustantivo al mejoramiento de las condiciones de producci&oacute;n y a la calidad de vida de la poblaci&oacute;n. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" conjunta a la adopci&oacute;n de pr&aacute;cticas ambientales sustentables- podr&iacute;an contribuir a mejorar a las realidades actuales de los emprendimientos radicados en la establecimientos industriales se clasifican en tres (3) categor&iacute;as, a los fines de ser analizados para extender el certificado de uso del suelo, teniendo en cuenta la &iacute;ndole del material que manipulen, elaboren o almacenen, la cualidad o cantidad de sus efluentes al medio ambiente y las caracter&iacute;sticas de sus funcionamientos e instalaciones:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\">a) Primera Categor&iacute;a: que incluir&aacute; aquellos establecimientos que se consideran inocuos, es decir, aquellas industrias que por su tipo, tecnolog&iacute;a simple, procesos y\/o escalas o magnitudes resultan inofensivas para el entorno, siendo compatibles con el resto de las actividades urbanas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;\">b) Segunda Categor&iacute;a: que incluir&aacute; aquellos establecimientos que se consideren inc&oacute;modos y\/o nocivos y que por su tipo, tecnolog&iacute;a media, procesos y\/o escalas o magnitudes, producen da&ntilde;os, perjuicios, perturbaciones y\/o efectos t&oacute;xicos o perniciosos que afectan el medio En casos debidamente fundados y siempre que se re&uacute;na las condiciones m&iacute;nimas de seguridad, higiene y moralidad, se podr&aacute; labrar acta de infracci&oacute;n, sin clausurar, otorgando un plazo de hasta 10 (diez) d&iacute;as para iniciar las gestiones y de sesenta d&iacute;as para que el infractor obtenga el certificado. En el caso de otorgarse a establecimientos ya existentes, implicar&aacute; la imposibilidad de realizar ampliaciones en sus instalaciones o de expandir la actividad.
