El pago de la Tasa resultante seg&uacute;n liquidaci&oacute;n practicada, se podr&aacute; abonar en un pago &uacute;nico anual o en doce (12) cuotas mensuales iguales y consecutivas. El vencimiento del pago &uacute;nico ser&aacute; durante el mes de febrero de cada a&ntilde;o, facultando al&nbsp;D. E. a fijar la fecha correspondiente, al igual que para las cuotas mensuales.&nbsp;Autorizase al D.E. a conceder descuento de hasta un 15% a los contribuyentes que opten por el pago &uacute;nico. Los contribuyentes que no hagan uso de la opci&oacute;n de pago &uacute;nico hasta la fecha del vencimiento general, se entiende que optan por el pago en cuotas, por lo tanto a partir de la misma no tendr&aacute;n derecho al descuento que se pudiera haber establecido. La omisi&oacute;n de pago de esta Tasa, hasta el vencimiento establecido devengar&aacute; el inter&eacute;s compensatorio y \/o punitorio previsto en la Ordenanza Impositiva Anual, para los pagos fuera de t&eacute;rmino, que se liquidar&aacute; y ser&aacute; exigible al momento de su efectivo pago o reconocimiento de deuda<\/i> &rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Art&iacute;culo 2&ordm;.-<\/u> <\/b>&nbsp;Modif&iacute;quese el Art&iacute;culo 16&ordm; del C&oacute;digo Tributario Municipal, Parte Especial, texto ordenado seg&uacute;n Decreto 93\/97el que quedar&aacute; redactado de la siguiente manera: &ldquo;<i><u>Art&iacute;culo 16&ordm;<\/u><\/i>: <i>La Tasa de Obra Sanitaria tendr&aacute; el car&aacute;cter anual, a partir del a&ntilde;o 2007 y los contribuyentes o responsables deber&aacute;n abonar el importe liquidado de acuerdo a lo que prev&eacute; la Ordenanza Impositiva Anual. El pago de la Tasa resultante seg&uacute;n liquidaci&oacute;n practicada, se podr&aacute; abonar en un pago &uacute;nico anual o en doce (12) cuotas mensuales iguales y consecutivas. El vencimiento del pago &uacute;nico ser&aacute; durante el mes de febrero de cada a&ntilde;o, facultando al&nbsp;D. La falta de pago de la Tasa en las condiciones precedentes faculta al Departamento Ejecutivo a suspender, mediante corte, el servicio de provisi&oacute;n de agua, hasta la regularizaci&oacute;n total de los periodos impagos.<\/i>&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Art&iacute;culo 3&ordm;.-<\/u><\/b> Modif&iacute;quense los art&iacute;culos 2&ordm; y 7&ordm; de la Ordenanza Impositiva Anual, N&ordm;523, promulgada mediante Decreto N&ordm;001\/2000, los que quedar&aacute;n redactados de la siguiente manera &ldquo;<i><u>Art&iacute;culo 2&ordm;:<\/u><\/i> <i>F&iacute;jense las siguientes tasas m&iacute;nimas anuales para cada zona:<\/i><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm\" type=\"disc\">\n<li><i>Zona &ldquo;A&rdquo;:<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>$ 120,00<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>Zona &ldquo;A1&rdquo;:&nbsp;$&nbsp;&nbsp; 96,00<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>Zona &ldquo;B&rdquo;:<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>$&nbsp;&nbsp; 96,00<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>Zona &ldquo;C&rdquo;:<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>$&nbsp;&nbsp; 60,00<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>Zona &ldquo;D&rdquo;:<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>$&nbsp;&nbsp; 30,00<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i><u>Art&iacute;culo 7&ordm;:<\/u><\/i> <i>La Tasa General Inmobiliaria y de Obras Sanitarias tiene car&aacute;cter anual y se establecen sus vencimientos de la siguiente forma: a) Pago &uacute;nico anual, el d&iacute;a 10 de febrero de cada a&ntilde;o, b) Pago en cuotas se abonar&aacute; por mes vencido, fijando el mismo para el d&iacute;a 10 del mes inmediato siguiente a cada mes calendario.&rdquo;<\/i>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Art&iacute;culo 4&ordm;.-<\/u><\/b> Modif&iacute;quense los art&iacute;culos 12&ordm;, 13&ordm;, 15&ordm; y 16&ordm;, de la Ordenanza Impositiva Anual, N&ordm;523, promulgada mediante Decreto N&ordm; 001\/2000, los que quedar&aacute;n redactados de la siguiente manera &ldquo;<i><u>Art&iacute;culo 12&ordm;.-<\/u><span> Conforme al Art&iacute;culo 7&deg;, inc. a) del C&oacute;digo Tributario Parte Especial &#8211; Texto Ordenado s\/ Dto. N&ordm; 93 del 14\/02\/97, determ&iacute;nese la Tasa de Obras Sanitarias anual seg&uacute;n la resultante del producto de:<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><u>Terreno bald&iacute;o:<\/u><span> la superficie del terreno por la tarifa b&aacute;sica anual fijada en el Art&iacute;culo 13&ordm; conforme a las prestaciones de los distintos servicios, por el coeficiente zonal determinado en el Art&iacute;culo 14&ordm;.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><u>Terrenos edificados:<\/u><span> la superficie del terreno por la tarifa b&aacute;sica anual fijada por el Art&iacute;culo 13&ordm; conforme a las prestaciones de los distintos servicios, por el coeficiente zonal determinado por el Art&iacute;culo 14&ordm;. <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><u>Art&iacute;culo 13&ordm;.-<\/u><span> La tarifa a que se hace referencia en el art&iacute;culo anterior ser&aacute; la siguiente, por m&sup2;:<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b><i><span><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/i><\/b>Agua<\/p>\n<div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;y&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
