border-top: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-bottom: medium none; text-align: center\"><b><font size=\"3\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Dto. de Promulgaci&oacute;n N&ordm;089 &ndash; 06\/02\/2.007<\/span><\/font><\/b><\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE<\/div>\n<p align=\"center\">DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE NOGOYA<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><b style=\"font-size: 14px\">ORDENANZA<\/b><\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><b><u>Art&iacute;culo 1&ordm;.-<\/u><\/b> Est&iacute;mase en la suma de Pesos trece millones ciento ochenta y tres mil cien ($13.183.100,00) el total de C&aacute;lculo de Recursos A&ntilde;o 2.007, destinado a atender las erogaciones a que refiere el art&iacute;culo 2&ordm;, detallado en el Cuadro I que forma parte de la presente.<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Art&iacute;culo 2&ordm;.-<\/u><\/b> F&iacute;jase en la suma de Pesos trece millones ciento ochenta y tres mil cien ($13.183.100,00) el total del Presupuesto General de Gastos de 2.007, de acuerdo al Cuadro II que forma parte de la presente.<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Art&iacute;culo 3&ordm;.-<\/u><\/b><span> F&iacute;jese en doscientos noventa y seis (296) el total de cargos de la Planta de Personal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><u>Art&iacute;culo 4&ordm;.-<\/u><\/b><span> Autor&iacute;zase a Contadur&iacute;a a realizar las imputaciones y ajustes que fueran necesarios para adecuar las registraciones presupuestarias a los Cuadros I y II que forman parte integrante de esta Ordenanza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><u>Art&iacute;culo 5&ordm;.-<\/u><\/b><span> Apru&eacute;base el C&aacute;lculo de Recursos A&ntilde;o 2.007 para la Caja Municipal de Jubilaciones y Pensiones que ha sido fijado en Pesos quince millones seiscientos setenta y nueve mil ($15.679.000,00).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><u>Art&iacute;culo 6&ordm;.-<\/u><\/b><span> Apru&eacute;base el total de Gastos A&ntilde;o 2.007 para la Caja Municipal de Jubilaciones y Pensiones que ha sido fijado en Pesos quince millones seiscientos setenta y nueve mil ($15.679.000,00).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><u>Art&iacute;culo 7&ordm;.-<\/u><\/b> Comun&iacute;quese, publ&iacute;quese, reg&iacute;strese y arch&iacute;vese.-<\/p>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
